- EAT HEALTHIER.

Eating healthier and getting in shape almost go hand in hand. Sometimes when you start with an extreme diet, you may find yourself back to your old eating habits. - READ MORE BOOKS… ACTUAL, PHYSICAL BOOKS!

With so many digital distractions in life, like social media or movies and television shows to binge watch on your favorite streaming service, try to take a little time out of your day to read a book…the paper kind that you can hold. We have screens in front of us all time, that even book readers can be a distraction from really getting immersed in a good book. To start, choose a book over a topic that might interest you, one of your favorite books that you have not picked up in a while or even a book that a movie or television show was based off of to help you get an actual book back in your hands!
- GET SOME QUALITY SLEEP.

Life and distractions may get in your way from getting good, quality sleep. To help you get your much needed zzz's to get you through the day, try turning off your tv or electronic device, limit your caffeine and/or food intake a few hours before bed. This can help get your body relaxed and ready for bed.
