With the end of the year coming to a close, it's time to start planning your New Year's Resolution. The start of the new year is the perfect time to start making changes in your lifestyle, however when someone go all-in and over commit yourself to your New Year's Resolution, it may sometimes make it easier to break within the first few months or even weeks.

To start, choose a book over a topic that might interest you, one of your favorite books that you have not picked up in a while or even a book that a movie or television show was based off of to help you get an actual book back in your hands!
     
  5. GET SOME QUALITY SLEEP.

    Life and distractions may get in your way from getting good, quality sleep. To help you get your much needed zzz's to get you through the day, try turning off your tv or electronic device, limit your caffeine and/or food intake a few hours before bed. This can help get your body relaxed and ready for bed.
