Recipe of the Month: Greek Yogurt Berry Smoothie Pops

Beat the Nashville heat this summer at The Player's Club with these delicious and refreshing treats!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth
  2. Pour into 3 oz paper cups
  3. Let pops set in the freezer
  4. When it's almost firm, insert popsicle stick or straw.
  5. Continue freezing until solid.
  6. Gently tear off paper cup and enjoy immediately.

Yield: 5 pops
