With 3+ years of renting now under our belts, and countless apartment tours in between,... we can say with absolutely certainty that he is the best leasing professional we’ve ever encountered. I seriously kept audibly saying “where has this complex been hiding?” during our tour. If there were more leasing consultants like him bridging the gap between management and tenants, the renting lifestyle everywhere would be 100x better. He is the ONLY reason... this place stays in shape!!!

Ya-Ya the great!
Just a quick background on me: I’ve lived 8.5 yrs at the Player’s Club, spent 7.5 years as a working massage therapist, and... spent 3 years working at a pool company doing maintenance work. I’ve seen a lot of maintenance crew come and go; with a handful of those being maintenance managers. Ya-Ya is a miracle worker; but if you work for Players Club, it’s likely I’m preaching to the choir. So I guess I just wanted to give credit where it’s due. Ya-Ya makes the community better because he smiles, waves, and asks how we are, every time he sees us. When working in our apartment he makes sure to stay quick, efficient, and clean; all the while staying masked, happy, and communicative about his whole process, concerns, and even gives approximate time lines for finishing his job ticket, IF he ever gets called away. He obviously loves what he does, knows what he’s doing and the icing on the cake for anyone who understands the repair business; he’s a personable/understanding “leader”. If I could (I’ve offered three times) I’d work along side him, just to soak up anything he had to offer in conversation or job site knowledge. Anyway, I’m sure I’ve taken enough of your time in reading this, and appreciate your doing so.
