Office Closed

Players Club Pool Party
We’re having a party, and you’re invited! On Saturday, July 20, between 2-5pm, we are hosting a pool party with food, drinks and a DJ, courtesy of Nashville Community Func-tions! Spend the day with us as we celebrate summer right!

The days may be hot, but our grill will be hotter! Come celebrate the kickoff of summer on Saturday, June 22, at The Players Club pool! Starting at 12:00 pm, we will be serving grilled food and cool drinks while supplies last. Be sure to come and help us kick off summer right!

Summer Office Hours
Our office horus have changes for the summer! They are now:
Monday – Friday: 9:00AM-6:00PM
Saturday: 10:00AM-5:00PM
Sunday: CLOSED
A Reminder from UPS
Per Mo and Tolliver, our neighborhood postal carriers, please check mail 2-3 days a week to avoid overfilling. If your box is full, mail will be returned to 4112 Nolensville Rd for 10 days and then returned to sender. As an alternative you may purchase a P.O Box, put in a hold request, purchase a locker for packages or sign up for "Informed Delivery" for free. If you have any questions, please call Woodbine Post Office at 615-315-0564.

On Friday, April 12, we are hosting Coffee with a Cop with members of Metro Nashville Police Department! Stop by the office between 5—6 pm to meet local law enforcement and ask any questions you may have about their role in our community!

Nashville Security & Patrol
We are pleased to announce that, as of April 2nd, Nashville Security & Patrol will be providing our community with security services! They are on call 24/7 at 615-717-5844.

$50 Leprechaun Gold Giveaway
There’s a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! On Friday, March 15th, come into the office between 4pm and 6pm wearing something green, and you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card! Sandwiches and refreshments will also be served. So stop by and remember to wear green, or you may just get pinched by a leprechaun!
Daylight Savings Time
Don’t forget to leap forward! Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday, March 10.

Come celebrate Valentine’s Day with The Players Club! We will be handing out Valentine’s Day treats on Thursday, February 14th, so stop by and pick up a sweet treat!
Picking up after your pets
Please remember that all pets are required to be attached to a leash when outside of the apartment. Owners are required and responsible for picking up and disposing of animal waste. We ask that everyone do their part to keep this a great community for all pets and pet owners!
